Students of NI2 are asked to read and listen to the Macmillan reader, Slumdog Millionaire. It tells the story of Ram Mohammad Thomas, who correctly answered 14 questions on a TV quiz programme. Students of NA2 should read The Ghost. It's billed as "a powerful commentary of the British government". Hope you enjoy it. Again, worksheets will be forwarded to you my email. Deadline = 10th January. I'll be anxious to hear your opinions!
